Siddhartha Ahluwalia, a seasoned entrepreneur with a decade of experience building SaaS products, has led the digitisation of paediatrician practices with AddoDoc and created Babygogo, a platform that gave parents access to their child's medical history and growth. Following both companies' acquisition, Siddhartha now supports aspiring entrepreneurs in accessing valuable knowledge and resources to grow their ventures.
With over 23 years of experience in HR Tech, Kshitij Jain has made significant contributions to the field. During his tenure at Monster, he spent a decade building their global sales team. In the following 13 years, he founded and established two successful HR Tech ventures, MoBolt and Joveo. Outside of work, Kshitij enjoys travelling, deep-sea diving, and engaging with customers. He was born in Jaipur and began his career in the gemstone industry before finding his passion for technical sales 26 years ago.
Sudarshan Ravi is a product-focused professional with working experience at Accenture and JP Morgan. He co-founded LetsTransport in 2015, a B2B marketplace for inter-city logistics that has grown to Rs 1,000 crores in revenue. A metrics enthusiast, Sudarshan aids startups in selecting the right metrics to track and helps founders sharpen their North Star for success.
